AM/Can CH Calista's Mutual Fund ML, aka "Coz" is an example of a well-balanced "typey"  longhaired miniature dachshund. He is out of AM/Can CH Belgate's Cold Fusion ML "Colby" and AM/Can CH Car-Rae's Baby Ruth ML "Ruthie." He has a beautiful head with a very correct shoulder assembly with matching rear angulation, excellent forechest and prosternum  He has a level top line that does not waver when he flows around the show ring. His awesome temperament he inherited from his sire.

Coz was shown to his Canadian Championship by myself and my friend Jo Reeves of Joskip's Miniature Dachshunds. He achieved his American Championship completely out of the competitive Bred-By-Exhibitor class.

As the littermate of Carlin, Coz also is an example of correct use of AHT-PRA testing for the longhaired miniature  dachshund. He has tested as AHT-PRA "carrier" and will only be bred to AHT-PRA "clear" bitches in an effort to eradicate this disease.

Coz will be going to the 2007 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship to be held in Longbeach, California. Coz was invited to this premier event because he finished his AKC Championship completely from the Bred-By-Exhibitor class. Because of his wonderful personality, he is one of my favorite dogs in our home!
